Object Editor :
PE's Object Editor (often called OE in the forums). It is used to import new models, edit existing models, edit existing texture libraries, and create new texture libraries.
14 TLB Editor : Object editor for early versions of PEx, with fourteen selectable TLB slots.
Place the executable in the same folder as the object editor.
Object Editor for PE-x : Object editor for PEx. Unzip to the same folder as the PE object editor.
RRF Checker : This file is used to view the attributes, hit-box and origin of the 3D object files. The executable should be placed in the same folder as the files to be checked.
Texture ID Editor : This file is used to edit the texture IDs of the texture libraries and 3D object files. The executable should be placed in the same folder as the 3D object files to be edited.
Generic Texture Library : 16 256x256 textures. Rename the files to fill any library slot. Edit the BMP with any paint program.
Note: Animated textures allow only one animation speed per texture.
All object tools : All tools listed above and the particle editors in one folder, with all binaries needed to run the tools outside of the Panzer Elite folder.
Note: does not include game textures.
Particle Editor : This is the program used to edit animations (explosions, dust, smoke, fire, etc..). Unzip to the folder of your choice.
PE calls it's animations from the /data/misc/tank.pss file, so when you are done editing replace this file with the one you created to experience in game.
Note: should not be placed in the PE folder.
Scenario Editor : This is the program used to edit and create landscapes and battles. This is the same file found on the bonus CD and is self installing.
TGA to Raw : This file is used to convert TGA image files into the RAW image files used for most menu graphics.
TLB cutter : Tool to trim the unused data from tlb files. Place the executable in the same folder as the texture libraries to be trimmed.
Char Cut : This file is used to convert TGA files of fonts to files PE can read.
